
Prime Minister Oli’s newly selected cabinet consists of 22 members.
The ministers and the newly appointed prime minister have taken an oath of office and confidentiality. Subsequently, on Sunday night at Sheetal Niwas, President Ramchandra Paudel named Oli as the 45th Prime Minister of Nepal, following Article 76 (2) of the Constitution. Afterward, he then took the oath from the other nineteen ministers and two deputy prime ministers. Moreover, the recently elected ministers will begin serving in their various capacities today and, consequently, report to their ministries.
Following the taking of the oath of office, the recently minted PM Oli formed a 22-member government.”
