Biden congratulated Trump on his victory. He invited Trump to the White House to ensure a smooth transition between the current Administration and the incoming Administration. After Trump was proclaimed the victor, Harris gave a speech. She delivered a 10-minute concession speech at Howard University in Washington, DC. She declared, “Although I concede this election, I do not concede the battle that drove this campaign.”
